THERAPEUTIC GARDENING AGREEMENT BETWEEN

MODESTO GARDEN CLUB INC.

 AND

Retirement/Senior Facility

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Modesto Garden Club Inc. will provide the following:

1.      A garden box with soil, fertilizer and plant material.

2.      Replanting of the box by amending the soil and furnishing seasonal flowers in the fall and spring.

__________________________________________will provide the following:

                 Retirement/Senior Facility

 1.      A location for the box that is smoke free and is accessible to the residents of the facility.

 2.      A regular watering schedule that insures the plants will grow and survive.

 If at anytime the box is not properly watered or cared for, the box may be removed at the discretion of the     Modesto Garden Club Inc.
